WHY DOES THE "WHITE COLOR" VARY?
THE FINISHED COLOR OF OUR CANDLES VARY DEPENDING ON THE SCENT. SINCE POURED CANDLES ARE NATURAL IN COLOR THE FRAGRANCE OILS DETERMINES THE FINISHED PRODUCT. SOME OILS CAUSE A CREAMY WHITE INSTEAD OF THE CRISP CLEAN WHITE THAT OTHERS HAVE.
HOW DO I GET THE MOST OUT OF MY CANDLE?
IS IT NORMAL FOR MY CANDLE TO GET DARKER OR YELLOW WITH TIME?
YES!!! EACH FRAGRANCE OIL CURES DIFFERENTLY. AGAIN, LEAVING OUR CANDLES NATURALLY COLORED RESULTS IN A SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT FINISH WITH EACH AS THEY CURE!

1. EMAIL US TO LET US KNOW THE DAMAGE.
2. PLEASE TO A FEW PHOTOS ON YOUR PHONE OF THE DAMAGED PRODUCT & BOX IT ARRIVED IN, WE NEED THESE TO SUBMIT A CLAIM.
3. WE WILL GLADLY SEND THE REPLACEMENT OUT RIGHT AWAY!
